Begin with a visit to Angkor Wat, a 12th-century architectural masterpiece and symbol of Cambodia, listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Continue to Ta Prohm, a fascinating temple where huge trees have reclaimed the ancient stones, creating a mysterious atmosphere deep in the jungle.

2Afternoon 14:00 Angkor ThomIn the afternoon, explore Angkor Thom, the former great Khmer capital, with the mysterious Bayon temple and its famous towers of carved faces. Also discover the Baphuon, the Terrace of the Elephants, and the Terrace of the Leper King, witnesses to the grandeur of the ancient Khmer kingdom. Return to your hotel at the end of the day.

1Morning 08:00 Phnom KulenDepart at 8:00 AM for Phnom Kulen, a sacred mountain considered the birthplace of the ancient Khmer Empire in 802. After about 1.5 hours on the road, discover the mysterious River of a Thousand Lingas, a religious site carved into the riverbed over more than 247 meters. Continue with a visit to the pagoda housing the famous Reclining Buddha, located at the top of the mountain, then enjoy a relaxing moment in front of the magnificent Phnom Kulen waterfall (swimming possible depending on conditions).

2Afternoon 14:00 Kampong Phluk and Tonle SapOn the way back to Siem Reap, discover the traditional making of palm sugar and daily life in the Cambodian countryside. In the afternoon, discover the village of Kampong Phluk on Tonle Sap Lake. Walk along the walkways of this fishing village built on stilts and board a small boat to explore the flooded forest, a unique landscape that changes with the seasons. An unforgettable immersion into the culture, nature, and local traditions of authentic Cambodia.
