There are 6 food and drink stops. Stop 1: Nom Banh Chuk refers to both fresh, lightly fermented rice noodles, still handcrafted daily by artisan noodle makers across Cambodia, and are delicious breakfast noodles or snacks. Stop 2: Cambodian Red Chicken Curry, known as Somlar Kari Saek Mouan is a rich curry paste made with coconut milk, chicken, eggplant, green beans, potatoes, sweet potatoes and a wonderful red curry paste called Kroeung. Stop 3: The most famous local street food sell 1000 plate a day, Fired eggplant and local fermented fish served Rice. Stop 4: Rice pancake stuffed with minced pork, shrimps and beansprouts. Served with delicious peanut sauce and a variety of local fresh herbs and vegetables. Stop 5: A local selected desert, very popular for locals. Stop 6: Sit-down, at the bar and relax with 1 craft beer or cocktail.
