1Morning 08:00 Angkor ThomYour adventure begins with a discovery of Angkor Thom, the last great capital of the Khmer Empire. Pass through its majestic gates adorned with monumental faces and enter a fascinating royal city. Then explore the famous Bayon, known for its impressive towers decorated with more than 200 smiling faces carved in stone. Continue on to the Baphuon, a remarkable, recently restored temple-mountain, before reaching the Elephant Terrace and the Terrace of the Leper King, once used for royal ceremonies. Continue your visit with the elegant temples of Chau Say Tevoda and Thommanon, two lesser-visited gems offering a peaceful atmosphere and remarkably well-preserved architecture.

2Afternoon 14:00 Ta ProhmThe afternoon is dedicated to Angkor's most iconic temples. Discover Ta Prohm, made famous by its immense tree roots entwining the ruins in a spectacular setting. Then visit Banteay Kdei, an ancient Buddhist monastery with mysterious charm, before ending the day at Prasat Kravan temple, renowned for its rare brick carvings dedicated to the god Vishnu.

Considered the largest religious monument in the world, this 12th-century masterpiece impresses with its monumental scale, richly decorated galleries, and magnificent bas-reliefs recounting the epics of Hindu mythology.

2Afternoon 14:00 Preah KhanAfter lunch, set off to discover the Grand Circuit, a route linking several remarkable temples at the heart of the Angkor forest. Explore the East Mebon, an ancient temple built on an artificial island at the center of an immense reservoir, now dried up. Continue on to Ta Som, famous for its impressive stone gate entwined by the roots of a gigantic tree. Continue with Neak Pean, a unique sanctuary built on an island in the middle of a sacred pool, once used for purification rituals. Finally, end your journey at Preah Khan, one of Angkor's largest complexes, where nature and historic ruins blend harmoniously in an authentic, enchanting atmosphere.
